New rules and documents needed by home office Need Help

Post by Emrah » Sat Apr 06, 2013 1:17 pm

Hi guys I will apply for ILR in 2 months time, I was checking the new SET M visa form and I have noticed that they changed few things one of them is "Your Finances" they never used to ask

Official documentation confirming receipt of public
funds (including the amounts paid) and corresponding bank account/building society statements showing receipt of public funds

I have got the letter from HM Revenue & Customs last year was saying

working tax credit to MR Emrah £10.82
Child Tax credit to MRS Angela £2288.46

See the Picture here

I have never got a penny from HM Revenue to my bank account but as it shows on the letter like that Im scared that they will refuse my application.

I dont need their £10. I can pay them back I dont mind. But I dont know if it is supposed to be like that or not.

What should I do? Is it ok to show like that?

Please help me.

What you were doing all this time from 30th July,2012,HMRC letter dated? You need to contact them and sort this out before your ILR. What does your Visa says ? Is there a restriction of you accessing Public Funds?
