In your earlier Post you said that you have not claimed any Child tax Credit. You were disputing HMRC claims, as false. Now you want to send these documents. What's happening? Are you truthful in disclosing your facts, for some to comment.Emrah wrote:Hi Guys
My first question is
Im married and we have got a baby girl who has got british passport already.
We dont need to apply for her do we? she doesnt have any oter passport anyway I know it is silly question but when you look at the form it asks
Do you and your partner have any children together? Yes we do
Also we will send child tax and child tax credit documents to them.
Do you think I need to leave children under 18 section?
Second question is
do we need to do Biometric Residence Permit again?
I havent claimed anything mate all the amount goes to my wife account. I just asked if that is ok to show my name on the letter. I dont need their £10 in a year do I?Kevin24 wrote:In your earlier Post you said that you have not claimed any Child tax Credit. You were disputing HMRC claims, as false. If you haven;t claimed any thing why do you want to put your name in the letter.Emrah wrote:I havent claimed anything mate all the amount goes to my wife account. I was just wondering if that is ok that it shows some amount across my name. We rang the HMRC today they said it is fine cos the money goes into my wife account and tax credit must be on both names.
