Name Change

Hi, Recently got married, does my wife need to change her name on pakistani ID card and passport? I think she needs a new ID card with Husband Name instead of Father's Name and same for passport is it enough or does she need to change her last name as well on ID card and passport?
Her name on degrees etc will still be old one?
