Evidence of work related Absence for Tier 1

Hi
Could someone explain what is the meaning of work related absence ? The new document SET(O) mentions to include evidence of any work related absence for tier 1 including any paid annual leave. So do I have to include evidence of leave if I go outside of country on holiday which is not work related (my employer does't care where I am going as long as it is not work related isn't it)?
