Can i use tier 2 old Cos after april 6?- Urgent pls

Hi

Im working as php programmer in a london company.
Once i applied for visa rejected saying my salary was not enough.
So company increased my salary and issued a new sponser of certificate on 5th of april 2013.
But now i have to apply using there new form after 6th of april 2013.
So i would like to know, Can i know is that certificate is valid to apply wit new system?

Yes u can , if u were issued cos before 5 th April then yes just that new application fees apply

I got CoS exactly on 5th april evening.
do we need to have it before 5th April,

New rules come into force from 6th of April. If the CoS was assigned to you on 5th of April or earlier, the new rules do not apply to you.

Just if anyone can help...
my visa too got rejected due to inappropriate salary and my company ready to increase my salary as per new requirements.

Can I re-apply too as my visa expired in dec 2012 and also many said that i cant re-apply. I have made an appeal...

Please do let me know if i can still re-apply.

Hi,

Acording to my knowledge, if you have visa yet you can re apply.
Because when I rejected due to inappropriate salary my company increased my salary and im gonna apply under new rules.
Is your visa expire on 2012 or 2013?
