Tier 1 ILR - Short of 2.5 months

Post by zabadeen » Sun Apr 07, 2013 1:00 pm

Hello All,

I wonder if you can help and point me towards right directions.

I came to UK 6th of August 2009
visa stamped : 15 April 2009 and expire on 15 april 2012
First extention : May 2012
Visa expires : 19 May 2014

Is there any chance I can apply for ILR rather another extentions? Just to add my first visa was stamp on 15th april 2009 now but I recieved my passport and visa after a month...I have few proof of emails that I sent to visa office that time other than that nothing.

Please reply!

Thanks
Zain

No. Unless you had initially requested that the Embassy deferred your effective visa date and they did not comply.
