pregnant Spouse in Pakistan

Post by bhatti_pk » Mon Apr 08, 2013 8:53 am

I’m on Tier1 General Visa; my visa is valid till December 2014.
I got married Feb 2013 on my 2 month visit to Pakistan.
Now I want to apply Spouse Visa for my wife.
1) She is one month pregnant now, can I apply her visa even if she is pregnant, and is there any rule of UKBA that within certain time period of pregnancy we can call the spouse?
Any comments please!

there is no restriction by ukba as one of my friend's wife did come but airlines someone do not advise to travel in such condition, my friend's wife was pregnant and she had miscarriage as soon as she arrived

so ukba will not consider this fact so you can go ahead with application

I think most of the airline will allow till 31 weeks of pregnancy...
And this has no implication of dependant visa application
