Family Visitor Visa for Mentally Challenged brother

Hello Friends,

I have received my ILR recently and want to sponsor my parents and brother in India for a visit visa in the Family Visitor category.
My brother is mentally challenged by birth and hence my parents cannot leave him behind in India as he is entirely dependant on my mother.
My confusion is, who should fill in and sign my brother's application form.

Any help and guidance will be very much appreciated

If mother does everything for him then she will complete the application and show his certificate of Handicap

Hope you are doing. Can you please let me know that did u processed visa for your mentally challenged brother. Actually am also in the same situation and would like to know the process to apply visitor visa for my mentally challenged brother.
