FAMILY VISIT VISA OR FLR{O}?

Am in UK on family visit visa based on marriage to my British wife. We are contemptlating applying for FLR(O} Article 8 because we cant met up the salary threshold income and her classification on indefinite disability. Presently, she is on benefit. Am thinking of renewing my visit visa. Kindly, advice, please.

You can't extend a visit visa so you would be applying outside the rules and that is not something that can be discussed with certainty of success (least not based on the very limited information you have provided). However, if she is receiving disability allowance, she will be exempt from the income threshold so there should be no reason why you can't leave apply for entry clearance.
