Stolen passport

Hello,

I lost my passport.I have reported it to Police.On the Indian high commission website,it is mentioned that I need Police report.Police is saying they can't give me the report and Crime reference number should do the job.

What shall I do ??

Give them the Crime Ref number and tell them that is all you can get
