Hello Guysss, ( Advice Pls )
Came to 2008 on student, Got Married in may 2010 to my wife eea national, applied and eea permit issued till nov 2015

WE AV BOTH BEEN IN UK TILL DATE
eea wife work as self employed 2009 till april 2010, HMRC ask not to pay tax as the money she earned is nt enough.

She started working (employed) from April 2010 till till nov 2011 paid tax and NI and
again started Self Employed nov 2011 till date.
Btween 2011/2012 tax return the Hmrc Did nt take any tax as the money she earnd is too small.

Three wks ago she came back home to tell me she is given me between now and may next year2014 for Divorce, that she want to help me out to obtain ROR, if nt she would have go ahead with the divorce herself, (SCARED)
Bcos i av caught her numerous times with different guys drunk, sometimes does nt come home after 2 wks i av tried to sort thing out but nt just working out.
MY QUESTION PLS PLS
IF i file a divorce after end of may and want to apply for ROR will her recent 2011/2012 self employement papers( they did nt ask 4 tax ) enough? There is bank Statement till Date and other smaller bills and invoice. If divorce? and issued 5yrs again do i need to finish it or spend 2 then apply for PR

As for me i have more than enough Papers.. Bank statement, Payslips, Full time working till date

You may be able to secure ROR, if you can show that your partner was a qualified person at the time of divorce.

At the moment you are not divorce, and you don't know what evidence will be available, when divorce is finalised in 6 months time, so it will be hard for anyone to comment, on document that are not in your possession at present.
