PaySlip for Form set o

Post by ahmedrohil » Mon Apr 08, 2013 8:49 pm

Hi,

I am applying for ILR on 7th MAy 2013 and there is a specific requirement to produce payslip which states as below in Quotes

"This must be the most recent payslip. It must
be dated no earlier than one calendar month before
the date of the application. It should either be an
original payslip or on company-headed paper. If the
payslip is not on headed paper or is a printout of an
online payslip, you must provide a letter from your
sponsor, confirming the payslip is authentic. The letter
from the sponsor must be on company headed paper,
and must be signed by a senior official"

My question here , payslips are generated online and the payslip which will be generated on 30th April 2013, i will only have 3 working days till 7th May 2013 for the payslip to posted to my home address. What if there are delays in getting the original payslip or on company headed paper, would it be acceptable to get printout of payslip online?

You could produce an online payslip for April. But it has to be certified and signed by your Employer along with a letter on Company Letter head, confirming that your Payslip is authentic. Are you applying for ILR under Tier 2/WP ?

Some CWs have been asking for signed payslips by the Employer. Tat's in addition to the Employer's letter.
