Can Tier 4 student dependent work more than 40 hours?

My friend is in Tier 4 Student Visa. Can his wife [dependent] work more than 40 hours per week or not? Does full time mean only 40 hours or more han 40 hours?

if their dependent visa allows to work, then they can work as many hours as they can.


full time is between 36.5-39 hours per week
