Query on generating Tier2 ICT COS

Hi,

I am working in uk from past 2 years 5 months on Tier2 ICT, my visa is going to expire on 20/11/2013. My company is holding the sponsorship license until 1/11/2014.

Is it possible for my company to generate COS in October 2013 to renew my visa for 2 more years(unitll Nov 2015)? I had this doubt because our company sponsorship license is valid only up to Nov 2014.

Your company will receive several reminders to renew their licence which they must do if they are employing sponsored migrants.
