ID requirements EEA4

Post by huayra » Tue Apr 09, 2013 12:56 pm

Hi, I am a Non-EEa family member, I am now applying for permanent residence, among the documents required for the application I need to send the passport of my EEa family member which is now expired. Will it be considered for this purpose or does it have to be renewed before I send it? If this the case which other form of identity is accepted beside her national ID card as this is the only document she has currently for travelling abroad.
Thanks for your time.

Best would be to send unexpired EEA national ID card or renewed passport.
Please donot send PM. Write in open forum to facilitate others too.

ID card alone is sufficient enough.
