the college's administration advised me to NOT submit my attendance certificate, and to only submit my progress certificate.

what do you think guys ? please i really need your help !!

Advice is good. If there is no requirement of attendance certificate than you should better use progress certificate.

Thank your for your response,

I think the HO doesn't require any document except: the Certificat of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) delivered by the college, a secure English Test such as IELTS, and the bank statement, other documents are up to me whether i submit or not, (i mean the certificat of attendance is not required)

But by hiding it, i will lead them to think that i had low attendance, cause they will wonder about it, don't you think so?

please i need your help!

i'm waiting for your message !

I think as you already / recently studied in UK, UKBA will check your academic progression or level of previous and current studies. But all this matter is sponsor/college responsibility and your college need to mention it in CAS that how they checked your AP or Course Level.

I don't think you (specifically) need to submit any separate attendance or progression certificate unless mentioned in current CAS.

Plus, you actually cannot hide anything from them. If UKBA want to check it, it can easily be checked from your previous CAS record. So do not assume that they will come to know about that 'low attendance' by any of your document's submission.

OK i understand there is no way to hide the ''low attendance'' they gonna know about it, so still no chance for me, isn't it?

There is a condition of enrollement at the college says that the applicant loose his enrollement fees when his visa is refused due to bad attendance. (i.e a visa refusal could be decided due to bad attendance)

In the other hand, the college assured me it will be fine!

Im lost, If you were me, what would you do?

many thanks in advance

I will leave that college at my earliest.

They are actually playing a game with you. One hand they are bonding you with term like 'no refunds for visa refusal on bad attendance' and another hand they are encouraging you to apply on assurity of 'everything will be fine'.

Yes, Everything Will Be Fine, but for College and UKBA, not for you. College will inform UKBA about your bad attendance and shows their loyalty to the immigration system and get your application refused.

The college will get deposit money and UKBA will get their fee. What you will get? A two page letter and refusal stamp on your passport for some thousands on sterlings.

thank you

I dont know why such a HIGHLY TRUSTED college does something like that.

I've just contacted them another time, and they sent me this e-mail:

--------------------
Dear sir,

If you do not send your attendance letter it should be fine.
However please note that we obviously cannot say anything for sure.

Kind Regards
----------------------

did you see that?

i think there is no hope still for my situation, i'm so sad

Many colleges are doing this with students specially with students who are outside UK. Application usually refused and they digest student's all money. They are Highly Trusted but for UKBA, not for students. For students they are actually business entities and money making organizations.
