Senior Advice Need

Hi i done masters from UK and coming back before my Student visa expire..Can i apply for done PHD programs from UK ..becz student cap is 5 years and i had spend 2010 to 2013 on student visa.

You can study upto 8 years maximum on your Tier 4 visa category.

If you have completed Masters Degree and wish to do PhD, you can do this. But in total, you should not be spending 8 years on Tier 4 Visa.
Note: I do not work as an Immigration Consultant, but my advice comes from experiences and my opinions are my own.
