Refuse becoz of Bank Letter Tier 1 200K

they mentioned reason of refusal is bank letter does not mention third party phone number and details, etc etc.
and they did not gave points on english language....
....
but as i submitted papers which described all details which they mentioned in refusal and at application time i attached my transcript coz i was waiting for award degree ceremony.
they gave me appeal right...
i think they need glasses for applicant's applications.

Same duration i applied oct 10 and got refused on 4th apr saying bank letter not saying money disposable in UK and your name.

have you manage to get letter from bank wrritrn with disposable and applican't name thing?
