PEO appointment visa category change

Hi,

I have booked an appointment on April 16 using the visa category FLR(M), but I should have booked using Tier 1 PBS dependent.

The booked appointment detail does not state the category of the visa.

Can I use this same appointment for applying Tier 1 PBS dependent?

Cancelling the existing appointment and booking a new one is very difficult as its getting close to my visa expiry date.

Please advise.
