I may have to change employment but I wonder how to do 1 month notice and make sure the new application will be accepted by UKBA before do 1 month notice.

If new employer issues the new COS and I post my new application with that COS to UKBA. Do that impact to my current leave when they accept my application?

Do I need to stop work immediately for old employer? The date on new cos I would put that in the future next 3 months.

I hope I can still work for old company until the new date on teh new COS. Is that correct?

You can continue working for your current sponsor until the start date in the new CoS provided your current leave has not expired
