Hi All,

Need help.

I am on ILR status here and planning to bring my Husband from India as Spouse- settlement VISA .

I am self employed from past 1 year i.e, from 2012-till date and before that I worked on temporary contracts and I was getting pay through agency and they paid my tax.

My question is DO I need to be self employed continuesly from PAST 2 years to sponsor my Spouse under Self Employment category ( form VAF4A - 3.58 category F, page no 9)

Please advice.
