Tier 4 Appeal Allowed

Hi everyone,
Here is brief background,
I applied in oct 2012 for extension with dependents but was refused in Jan 2013, I appealed and my appeal was allowed in March,and received letter of determination in April 2013, and now it may take upto 8weeks to get all documents back from Home Office

All I want to know is my dad is planning to visit us at the end of this month as general family visitor(He has been here twice), applying from UAE, but in application form it asks about my status in UK (which is tier 4) and to attach my visa copies as well, as its in process of appeal and appeal is allowed, what shall I put in form as my status ?

Can he still apply ? or shall I wait for my biometrics to arrive as He got his Holidays from mid of april till mid of may.

Just write your Tier-4 status and if you want attach HO letter copy with a cover letter.
