Hi chaps,
I recently got my RC (issued on 18th March). I am planning to go for quick holiday to Holland (without my EEA national wife) but here is my past story:
-Jan 2011 Removed from UK at Heathrow as I had some problems at the border.
-Feb 2011 Married my wife
-Jul 2011 Got my FP to come to UK
-Sep 2011 Entered the UK
-March 2013 Got my RC
I have some doubts about my travel because:
I've been outside the country for holidays just twice and both of them travelling with my wife (one was when I was holding my FP and the last one my RC was in process but as my wife and I were working we were allowed to enter the country) and every time I've been stopped at the border as the system shows them that I've been removed in 2011 before getting married.
Anyway, I got my RC last month but I was scared to be refused as when I applied for it (October 2011) my wife was working (she has a contract as a teacher in an English language school). In November she had some issues and stopped working but she is still under that contract. She decided to start a 3 months course which is finishing in June and we didn't inform the UKBA about that change, however they gave me my RC as I sent her contract and her first payslip with my application.
I want to go next week to Holland but I am scared to be refused at the border as we don't have private medical insurance and my wife is studying now but at the same time is under that contract with that school (but not working) and also I will be in the system at the moment I show my passport to the UKBA officer.
Any advice?? Help?? What should I say to the UKBA officer?
I just want to be 100% that everything is gonna be OK or if I should go later when my wife finishes this course.
Thanks a lot!
