Family Visa V1F B:: Application to sponsor my mother only

Hi all,

Please help understanding the following:

Background: I am on ILR and currently renting a double room in a shared house. My mother is retired but owns some transports which provides her with a tiny regular income. I also send her money now and then. My dad is not traveling so as my younger brother.

Will be applying for 6 months only.

Questions:

1. Considering I am sharing a house, would my tenancy agreement suffice even though the room is big enough for two people. Do I need to justify or have this in writing whilst providing with sponsoring letter, payslips & bank statements?

2. My mum has some savings and can contribute towards air tickets. i.e. 2.5K. Is this ok?

3. She receives money from myself and transports that she owns and my dad do not need to support her so that we do not need to include dad's bank statements and rest. Is this ok or do you see any problem? Just trying to keep it simple. I am concerned about section section 5.10 to 5.19 of the form.

4. Finally, I believe I have sufficient income and savings to get things going for both my mum and I. I can show savings worth of 25K. Is that sufficient?
