Your solicitor is wrong. A valid pasport is not required for naturalisation.134523452 wrote:I have a PR (EEA4). Not sure if that changes anything as ILR and PR come under two completely separate categories.
Last year I used a solicitor for the EEA4 application. He is saying that I need a valid passport for the naturalisation application.
