Issue date and validity date of ILR for naturalisation

This is regarding the naturalisation eligibility date I am eligible, when I attended appointed (Premium appointment) meeting on 20-June-2012 at UK BA office, Croydon in relation to my settlement application, I was asked for further clarification on my salary drawings. As per their advice I have posted on 23rd of June the required documents as mentioned in the letter given by case worker to UK BA home office, Croydon. I haven’t heard any decision or response from UKBA till 15th September 2012 though I have sent numerous requests through emails and post. Finally I have received a confirmation regarding approval and bio metric card on 08-Oct-2012 valid until 20-06-2022.





My query is, am I eligible to apply for naturalisation on 21-06-2013 ?

You can (unless married/civil p to bc) apply for naturalisation after 12 months of having ILR (start date on BRP) so far as you meet the other requirements.

I am not finding the valid from date , finding valid until only.

I am assuming that ILR will be valid for 10 years, the date I am finding on bio-metric card is 20-06-2022. I am not finding valid from date.

Regarding the ILR valid date from, can I consider the 20-06-2012?

I am not finding the valid from date , finding valid until only.

I am assuming that ILR will be valid for 10 years, the date I am finding on bio-metric card is 20-06-2022. I am not finding valid from date.

Regarding the ILR valid date from, can I consider the 20-06-2012?

The valid from date is the issue date which is below the expiry date. So the BRP is valid for 10 years so your calculations would be correct.

Issue date is when your ILR started so 12 months from that date.
