How to get a EEA family member residence card

Hi, I have IRL in UK and hold Biometric RC.
Wife is British and I am a Non-EEA national.
I seem to need an EEA Family member residence card to travel with her to Europe without a visa. Can I get one here?

No. It's for people under the EU immigration route, not the UK one.

But you can get the Schengen visa for free (if travelling with your wife).
