Parents Visitor visa sponsor letter

Dear All,

I will apply for my parents visitor visa next week. I have got PR of UK and my wife holding Tier 1 dependent visa. My plan to submit following documents.
1. Sponsor letter
2. Last 6 month bank statements
3. Last 6 month saving account statements
4. Tenancy agreement ( 1 bedroom flat) - But agreement does not mention anything in contract paper Is that OK ?
5. Last 6 month payslip/employment letter of myself & my wife.

Question:
1. All my bank account is joint account with my wife, i will submit her payslip along with mine, Should i take my wife signature in sponsor ship letter?
2. Could you please check above docs are enough from my side?

for safety side please provide any utility(electricity,gas,council tax..) bill as well .
