Can we switch to student again if we withdraw application

we received appointment letters for interview with option of withdraw as well.
we want to withdraw application as funds are not available now ( after 5 months).
it is written in letter " since your leave to remain is expired so seek to regularize their stay or leave the country as soon as possible."

please advise can I submit student application again.

You may switch to Tier 4 visa category as long as you have not overstayed more than 28 days and meet all other requirements for Tier 4.

Y u want to withdraw application. Coz they just asked u to hve interview. They did not ask u to show access to funds. If they ask u to show funds they will give u time

IF you withdraw then it is voluntary, so as your visa is finished you can only apply if it is still within 28 days of your last visa.
If 28 days have passed its better to wait for the decision. If the decision is a refusal you can go back to student visa within 28 days from the date of your refusal.
