Advice regarding Change of Employment

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and need urgent advise on what to do next.

I am currently on Tier 2(ICT) with the below history. My next extension is due next month.

Currently, i am at the final stages of an interview and will likely be selected.

Tier 2 ICT Dates:

When issued initially : May 2010 to Dec 2011 (Tier 2 ICT)
Extension 1 : Dec 2011 to 20th May 2013 (Tier 2 ICT Long Term)

Now my queries are

1. Shall i wait for the new employer to provide the CoS or go ahead with the extension?
2. If i wait for the new employer to provide the CoS,then book a premium service and say the visa gets rejected. Can i still go ahead with the extension option?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
