TIER 2 VISA FROM PSW. Documents required

Hi guys let us use this topic as To specify what are all the documents/proofs you submitted for tier 2 sponsorship visa when you are applying from PSW.

I have not made my applcation yet so i can make the above as my question. So anyone please tell me the documents i need to send to UKBA with my application. So far i assume the below to be sent in my case

REQ DOCUMENT
1 Passport
2 BRP
3 Photographs x 2
4 Bank stmnt for Maintanence funds (this is not my regular bnk acc as i am overdrawn)

Is this everything i need? do i need o prove my employment?
