Tier G ILR and payment in lieu of notice

Hi All,

Can payment in lieu of notice be considered to claim earning points for Tier 1 G holder for ILR under new rules?

I have seen nothing to indicate that "payment in lieu of notice" earnings are no longer acceptable as previous earnings. You may find the following topic response useful: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... ht=#823680
