Need Help in Tier 2 general Visa from outside UK

I am applying for Tier 2 General VISA from India, I have CoS which was assigned to me on 14th March 2013 for the period of 1 April 13 to 1 April 14, because of some reason I am going to apply in next week, will it fine to add separate letter with application requesting earlier processing, I would appreciate any thought on this. Thank you
