Who got refusals becoz of occupation doesn't match your educ

I am preparing my tier 1 ent 50k route, my education msc biotechnology. Don't know how to link up occupation and education.

Guys can you help me if you have got refusal becoz of this reason ...

well for my personal opinion experience in a current filed is not necessary like in my case i have an IT degree n my partner has MSC in Food but we both going to do a business in management related software house.
unless you make a good business plan & good contract .

I am confused becoz my solicitor says you can do any business plan in which your position should be level 4! few people says it has to link occupation and education.

That's why i am trying to know if someone has got refusal on this basis.

Agree with other guy ur education shud not be closely matched with the business. But wat matters job title and business services shud be closely matched.
Like a guy posted a thread that his visa was refused because case worker said the business u mentioned doesnt match ur job title. And that guy posted a thread that even he got professional certificates regarding that business but still he got refusal because he was not involved in core activities of the business his role was just administrative

Wat comes from above discussion that educational qualification is not important but ur role shud be to personaly involve in business activities

And more so if you can proof yourself at the interview that you have experience of the business; you should be fine.
