Tier 1(Gen) to ILR documents checklist

Post by manishbhatt1000 » Sat Apr 13, 2013 2:01 pm

Hi All,
I have my ILR appontment on Monday afternon . I have 2 dependants in my application. I am using Set(0) application.
I have around 168 outofuk days in past 5 years. I came here initially in Sept2007 on WP and converted to Tier 1(Gen) in May 2009 and renewed in Dec2011. I was eligible for ILR since ept 2012.

I have following documentation:
12 months salary-slips..
12 months bank statement.
letter from employer confirming employment and remuneration.
Life in UK passing letter.

For absences:

In 2009 I went offshore but came back in 80 days but I couldn't get a letter from ex-employer for the same. However I have the following.

1: Deputation letter from ex-employer.
2: Email chain for my Travel Booking in 2009
3: Return Flight travel booking 2009 with bagggage claim(My bags were missing)
4: UK Bank statement showing salary frm May - Aug 2009
5: Indian Bank statement showing salary from May-Sept 2009(I got them from India with the bank's seal)
6: UK Salary Payslip May, June, July, Aug 2009
7: p60 (ex-employer)
8: Passport Xerox of the pages with stamps of my travel.

In 2010 I travelled for 4 week on annual leave:
1: Employer letter confirming the same
2: Bank statement for the July-Aug2010
3: Paylips of Jul-Aug 2010.

For my wife's co-habitation and eligibility:
1: 6 months Sky bills.
2: 6 months salary slips.
3: 2 random bank statements.
4: health trust medical card, maternity card and letter.
5: Lifeinuk passing letter.
6: Home office letter which came with biometric residence permit.
6: Marriage certificate.

Please go through the list and let me know of anything important is missing.
I am really stresed due to new rule of proving absences. Can anyone please post a template for mentioning the details of absences. That would be a gr8 help .

Thanks
