English Language for Tier 1 Spouse Visa from Pakistan

Hi All,

I am applying for Spouse Visa (Tier 1 General) for my wife in June 2013. can you please advise on these two topics;

1- Does she require to have english language certificate (IELTS)?
2- I have marriage certificate from NADRA and also urdu marriage certificate. Do i need to translate Urdu marriage certificate into English to submit with my application or Nadra Certificate will be enough? Do I need to attest any of these marriage certificate from anyone?

Your advise will be high appreciated.
