Dear Gurus,

I am on ilr. I need to apply my wifes spouse visa. I have received ilr on march 16 of this year. My gross earning is under £18600 however I have lot of overtime and also I am self employed. I have my accounts made from an accountant which shoes earning of £6800. Which was prepared for 12 months period starting fron 26 feb 12 to 27 feb 13.

I need to know if my overtime income is countable towards financial threshold. If I include overtime my earning crosses £18600 without including self employment income. Also if I am planning to apply in July how many months income do I have to show .Is it last 12 MONTHS ?
