PIO CARD, Lost receipt for collection

Hi Members

I have applied for my son's and daughter's PIO Card and they gave me a receipt for the collection on 14 may but I lost it. Iam really worried as in High commission they are very strange.

Could any one advise me on this

take some of yours and your children's photo identity to prove while collecting, and explain the situation why you unable to provide the receipt.

Lifeinuk80 - Did you manage to get the PIO CARD without receipt? I am also in the same situation. However, I have photo of the receipt.[/i]
