I got my refusal letter y'day, even though my salary details met the minimum criteria, the employer mentioned 40hrs/week as the work hours, however UKBA considers the rate based on 37.5hrs/week, which meant that my salary fell below the minimum by a few pounds
The 40hours/week includes the 1hr/day lunch break, which they failed to mention exclusively in the CoS. They are ready to correct this and issue a new CoS, or give me a letter to support my appeal...
Could any help me here - should I submit a fresh application with a new CoS? Or should I appeal?
