Switching to tier 2 visa apllication from flr(o)

Hi all,
I was on psw visa and my visa was expiring on 14/12/2012.
My employer was ready to sponsor me and he applied for licence on 10/10/2012 but we don't recieved Upto 30/11/2012 so i contact 1 solicitor who advice me to make flr(o) application . So I applied for flr(o) with 2 Depandant on 4/12/2012 and I recieved acknowledgement letter on 11/12/2013.
We recieved sponser licence on 22/2/2013 and my sponsoror assinged the cos on 15/3/2013 meanwhile I recieved biometric notification letter of flr(o) application on 12/3/2013 and it was dated on 5/3/2013 but there was spelling mistake so I emailed them to send new letter.
Now applied tier 2 visa with cover letter for change the application from flr(o) to tier 2 through solicitor on 28/3/2013.
The tier 2 fee with 2 Depandant was taken out from my bank on 9/4/2013 but I have not yet recieved acknowlegement letter.
On 12/4/2013 in recieved the biometric notification letter for dated 10/4/2013. I don't know this biometric letter is for flr(o) application or tier 2 but the case reference no on letter is same as the case reference number of previous flr(o) biometric letter.
I am very very confuse please can some one guide me want to do?
Is my tier 2 application has been considered ?
What will happen now and what I have to do...
I will appreciate ur corresponding .

I recieved new biometric letter for my tier 2 application today.
Can someone suggest me what to do?
is it mean they have considered my vary application to tier 2 from flr(o).
Is i am on right board. 35 people have viewed but no one want to answer.

Hi, you need to take that letter to the post office which will send your biometrics to the UKBA electronically. Note that you will have to pay a fee of £19.50

i recieved another biometric on 17th... i am confused what to do for 2 biometric for 2 application
