ukba sent letters and gave option to withdraw. if we withdraw technically our leave to remain will finish immediately according to paragraph 3C. will ukba give us new time (28 days) to change our category etc?

thanks

If you withdraw your leave to remain technically will go back to the last day of your visa expiry date. You will have 28 days from there, not from the day you withdraw. However if your current application is refused you can make a fresh application within 28 days from refusal date.

1- situation is we are withdrawing because ukba changed rules after our application was submitted so it is down to them

2- Can we do Variation of leave in this case.

or what should we do.

thanks
