how to prove £18.600?

Hey i just have a quick question, my husband self employed his annual salary is more £18.600
i want to know the title of each documents to prove £18.600 income for self employed sole trader
pls self employed or expert here help me

Certified accounts from his Accountants will do in the case of self employed people
