When to Apply ILR (Date of EC or Date of Entry ) ?

Hi All

Tier 1 (G) visa stamped : 06th June 2008
Came to UK : 07th July 2008
1 month late arrived in uk

Tier 1 ( Extension) Applied and Granted till : 07th July 2013

Based on the rules i complete the 5 years on 6 June 2013

Question : When i am eligible to apply for ILR ? 28 days before 6th June or
7th July 2013

Any help in this regard would be appreciated .

Note : I have called UKBA and i have received mixed replies . Some agents are saying to apply thinking 6th June as the date and some saying
you should be cautious and apply 28 days before 7th July.

Many people asked this question in this form, you can search.
My answer is that you can apply from 28 days before 6th June 2013, this is because you entered UK within 3 months from your EC date.
