Can my wife applf for ILR at the same time with me?

Hi Everybody
Your helps are appreciated

-I have a Tier1 genral visa until 14 Aug 2013 when I can apply for ILR.

I got maarried on 14 April 2011 and sice then have been living with my wife.

-My wife had a student visa when we got married and then applied for tier 1 post study visa on 03 Nov 2011. she did not apply for dependent visa at that time becaue it required her to leave the coutry to apply from home country and it was not possible at the time due to her personal circumistances.
-She later got her dependent visa from Turkey on 30 Aug 2012. ( we are both Iranian but British embassy was closed in Iran at the time and she had to go to a neighbour country)
Since we have been living to gether for more than two years and her most recent visa is dependent visa can we apply for ILR at the same time?

If she applied for a dependant visa on/after 9 July 2012, then she is subject to the 5-year requirements instead of 2.
