Hi,
Planning to apply for ILR in July 2013.
Got Tier 1 (General) from 07th July 2008 to 28th July 2013 (5 Year Period), so counting backward for ILR eligibility check.
June 2013 --- June 2012 (Away from UK for 5 Days)
June 2012 --- June 2011 (Away from UK for 38 Days)
June 2011 --- June 2010 (Away from UK for 47 Days)
June 2010 --- June 2009 (Away from UK for 164 Days)
June 2009 --- June 2008 (Away from UK for 146 Days)
So I believe, I have satisfied consecutive 12months 180days away from UK period. My question is, with new immigration rules from 6th April 2013, I can clearly show evidence for 47,35 and 5 Days absence period from UK, problem is with 164 and 146 Days, for 146 Days I am in India on holiday and for 164 Days I am in Saudi Arabia on IT Job basis. Not sure how to submit evidence for those big gaps in 2010 to 2008, any advice is appreciated.
Got a basic question regarding earnings, can some one tell me is below points table is still valid for Tier 1 General visas approved in June 2008.
want to get my points calculated for ILR.
