Dependent form query

Hello All,

I have few questions in relation to Dependent form.

C4; What is the reference number for the most recent application of the PBS main applicant you are dependent on? (We are going to apply at the same time so not sure which ref number to use)

Section F

F1; Have you ever had a Home Office or UK Border Agency reference number assigned to you? (Again not sure which ref number to use)

K7; what is the reference number of the visa or entry clearance?

K12; what was your ticket booking or reference number? (Can’t remember as he can in 3 years ago)

N2; Is your relationship with your Spouse/Civil Partner subsisting? We have living together from last 3 year so I assume this should be answered as yes.

N8; Have you formed an independent family unit from your parent or are you living an independent life? I assume this is for dependent child

F1; Have you ever had a Home Office or UK Border Agency reference number assigned to you? (Again not sure which ref number to use) - If you had one you would know it i suppose. I left it blank as well.

K7; what is the reference number of the visa or entry clearance? same as above

K12; what was your ticket booking or reference number? (Can’t remember as he can in 3 years ago) - I found mine in my emails so quoted that dunno whats the way around this useless info.

N2; Is your relationship with your Spouse/Civil Partner subsisting? We have living together from last 3 year so I assume this should be answered as yes. - yes and provide some subsissting proofs like bills in joint names joint accounts, pictures etc,

N8; Have you formed an independent family unit from your parent or are you living an independent life? I assume this is for dependent child
