I need your help to know my ILR eligibility and requirement for absence proof.

My Case

Work Permit(ICT)

Tier 2 (ICT long term Establishement staff) - in country Extension

Can i apply for IRL 28 days before 26-06-2008 or before 05-07-2008


Absence (Out of Country)
------------------------------

1. Oct 2009 - Nov 2009 - 21 days (Annual vacation paid) during WP
2.Nov 2011 - Dec - 2011 - 25 days(Anual Vacation paid) During tier 1 general.

Can i use the payslip and bank statement as proof.
