CoS issued before 6th April

Hi,

I am currently in PSW visa and attempting to switch to Tier 2. My employer has issued a CoS which is dated 13th March and the use-by date is 14th June. It contains the old scheme of SOC code. I am beginning to wonder if it will be a problem if I apply with the same CoS. Can anyone help?

You will be fine , cos issued before 6 th April ll be accepted under rules in place before 6 th April .
U will be fine, just that u ll pay a higher fee post 6 th April!!!
