Bank Statements for Financial Stability & Salary Credit

Hello everyone,

Though I am new to this board, I been working on the ILR Visa for my spouse & kid for the past few months.

I wanted to use the Bank Statements to address below sections.
- Sponsor's Financial Requirement
- Continuous relationship of the Spouse.

1. Sponsor's Bank Statements:-
I have below 3 Bank accounts.
HSBC Current Acount (Salary Account)
HSBC Credit Card (Monthly Expenses)
Lloyds TSB (Monthly Expenses)

Regarding the Sponsor's Financial Requirement, I have below queries:

I have Statements for the past 1 year (28 March 2013) with the last statement is 28 March 2013.
• Is the submission of only this account statements sufficient for the Visa?
• Do I need to submit the other bank accounts as well because there are transactions between these accounts with some amount transferred in between at random times.

2. Regarding the Continuous relationship of the Spouse, I have below queries:
In addition to the Emails, Mobile Bills, Skype History, Photos, I wanted to know if below information would be helpful for the continuous relationship with Spouse of the Applicant.

State Bank of India – The applicant has an account with State Bank of India and the statement with statements generated from 01/08/2012 to 03/04/2013.
• There are transactions with some amounts have been credited to this account from my HSBC Account on some specific dates within the above period. Please confirm if this needs tp be detailed in the covering letter.
• Amounts have been credited to this account by my friends and family members as well. Not sure if this is an issue and/or if this needs to be clarified in the covering letter.
