ILR under 10 years

Hi There,

I am currently on Tier 1 (General) and about to expire on 30th Apr 13.

For ILR Under 10 years catagory, I will get eligibility on 12th May 13.

There is a 12 days gap between my Tier 1 extension and ILR application.

Can please any one suggest me how to approach to ILR with out Tier 1 application.
As you know the application fees have increased this month and I will incure more money if I have to apply for both with 2 dependents.

You can apply ILR 28 days before of the ILR eligibility date.
